Kutsu Fanmeeting 2003:een, Vojensiin Tanskaan
From July 31´th to August 3’rd 2003, D.I.S.U (The Danish Icehockey Supporter Union) in cooperation with Blue Brigade, Vojens & V.I.K. Supporter Klub, Vojens invites You to Fanmeeting 2003 in Vojens, Denmark.
As last years Fanmeeting 2002 turned out to be a huge success, with 82 fanclubs and more than 900 hockeyfans attending, the time has now come to invite you all again to Fanmeeting 2003.
This year we will invite hockeyfans from Sweden, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Great Britain & Denmark to the Fanmeeting 2003 in Vojens, Denmark.
Hopefully this years fanmeeting will live up to last years, and Hockeyfans from all over northern europe will be gathering in Vojens, Denmark for a Hockey-Party, which equal never have been seen in the world!

Accomodation:
Free camping on a nearby field (bring tents and sleepingbags).
For a fee of DKK 50,- per pers. indoor accomodation will be possible at the Povlsbjerg School througout Your stay
Hotelrooms may be booked at Hotel Vojens, Vojens - Slukefter Kro, Over Jerstal - Skrydstrup Forsamlingsgaard, Skrydstrup & Boejen, Hammelev.
Prices are DKK 250,- per pers., per night, including breakfast

Feeding:
Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be bought at the fanmeeting-site. Furthermore there is a shopping centre and numerous restaurants within walking distance of the place.

For the football-tournament there will be changing on the fly. No upper limit regarding the number of substitutes.
A player is only allowed to play for one team during the tournament.
A red card = Suspension for the rest of the tournament.
Cups will be given to all participating fanclubs. Furthermore cups will be given to the following:
Winner of the Football Tournament
Winner of the Beer Relay
Winner of the Slapshot Competition
The Fanclub that has traveled the longest
The Fanclub with the most participants
The Fanclub that creates the best atmosphere
Admission Fees:
7-pers. Football Tournament: DKK 200,- per team
5-pers. Slapshot Competition: DKK 150,- per team
5-pers. Beer-Relay: Free
Entryfee (all Weekend): DKK 50,- per pers.
In the event, that a particular fanclub should not be able to put together a team for either of the tournaments the possibility
of signing “short term contracts” with other individuals in the same situation resides - so that a team may be put together of
participants from different fanclubs/countries. If such an arrangement is needed, this - due to planning - should be informed in
advance.
